Staying connected to furloughed workers.

I've been thinking a lot about furloughed workers this week. In such an unknown time I am sure that it's like salt in an open wound to be sidelined at work. During this time those in leadership positions can go a long way towards showing their true colors through being empathetic, honest and connected to those workers who no longer have the daily connections and relationships they were accustomed to, or they can get so focused on their own stressors (and there are plenty to go around, I know!!!) that they make those employees feel forgotten, undervalued and adrift. I made an infographic with some ideas that can help build culture even during this uncertain time.
